Pioneer’s FBD / FBP Inflatable gaskets are manufactured from MOC like Food Grade white Neoprene rubber as well as Food Pharma grade Transparent Silicone rubber.
These gaskets operate like a cycle tube that can be inflated to accommodate a variable sealing gap. These gaskets are inflated by 14mm when 2 kg pressure is applied.
Three gaskets are normally used in Fluid Bed Dryer as Inflatable Gaskets.
1. Finger Bag Sealing Gasket (50mm x 20mm)
2. Product Container Lifting i.e. P. C. Bottom Gasket (40mm x 22mm)
3. Product Container Top & Retarding Chamber i.e. P. C. Top Gasket (40mm x 22mm)
These gaskets for Alliance model for GMP 60 Kgs, GMP 120 Kgs, GMP 200 Kgs & GMP 250 Kgs are readily available with us.
